After an amazing campaign of successful series of the Moto E, Moto G and Moto X series, Motorola is planning to release their 2015 smartphone series by launching a new Moto G, Moto X and a DROID device. Many rumors are lurking around regarding the next Motorola lineup, especially when it comes to the build of the device. A few images have already surfaced of the new Moto G. But recently, the guys at HellomotoHK have leaked an image which could possibly be the next Moto lineup. Have a look.
According to the source, moving from left to right, the respective smartphones are a new mini version of the DROID, the Moto G (3rd Gen), the normal version of new DROID and finally the Moto X (3rd Gen). Although we cant vouch for the validity of the devices, Motorola has actually given a common theme for the upcoming smartphones, Though the new mini DROID and the regular DROID look similar, both have the backplates of around same size. The hexagonal back also confirm that it can only be the DROID device,
Also, a recent image leak from a Google Plus user Roger Pretto, who works for Lenovo, reveals the new Moto X's backside.
As from the image above, we can see it is a match to leaked image by HellomotoHK. The back looks to feature a smaller camera module with an aluminium lining which continues til the Moto logo. The edges are surrounded by an aluminium casing, just like the Nexus 4 device.
We don't yet know when this device will be revealed, but the Motorola event on 28th July is definitely going to be a grand one ! Its possible that the U.S tech giant will reveal their new flagship. I am definitely excited, are you ?
