LG Nexus 2015 ?!

LG fans have been wondering where the company has been since the launch of its flagship device - The LG G4. Well. here's the good news. The above image of the next Nexus is lurking around on the internet since past couple of weeks.

The Nexus 5 which was launched in November 2013 by LG was quite a successful device featuring specifications like 5 inch 1080p display, 2GB Ram, Snapdragon 800 processor and 2300mAh battery.

The specification leaks sounds awesome though. There is apparently a 5.2 inch display which will have 2K resolution. The chipset will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 88 SoC and a 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM.

According to this image above, the camera is expected to be 13 MP IMX278 image sensor, with LG's laser autofocus and optical image stabilization. Fingerprint scanner is also provided. Overall, the hardware looks quite similar to the LG G4 with a little tweak.

A recent report from the Korean website MKPost mentions that this device will be available on Google Store on September 29 ! This information comes from a reliable source who was accurate about the previous Nexus launch date, back in 2013. The LG Nexus will be available on Google Play Store in South Korea from September 29.

     WHY SEPT 29?

This date is perfect for the launch of Android 6.0 - Marshmallow and Android Pay. Google typically launches smartphones around October, so yeah, September 29 makes quite a sense.

Meanwhile, Huawei is launching a Nexus device too? It's just a matter of time as to which device will be better and user-friendly. I am definitely excited for both devices, are you ?
